Hotel Residence Playa Colibri features different apartment layouts:
Apartment Type "A": Terrace, living room, two bedrooms (Queen size bed and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining area - total surface 750 sq ft (max allowed 4 persons + 1 child).
Apartment Type "A+": Terrace, living room, two bedrooms (Queen size bed and 2 single beds), a loft, kitchen and dining area, and 2 bathrooms - total surface 900 sq ft (max 6-8 persons).
Apartment Type "B": Terrace, living room, one bedroom (Queen size bed), kitchen and
dining area, 1 bathroom - total surface 550 sq ft (max allowed 2 persons + 1 child).
Apartment Type "B+": Terrace, living room, one bedroom (Queen size bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining area, and a loft - total surface 630 sq ft (max 3-4 persons).
Apartment Type "C": Single room (Queen size bed) with kitchenette, bathroom and
a garden view terrace - total surface 325 sq ft (max 2 persons allowed).
We charge $10usd per night
for every extra person over the max allowed.All apartments are equipped with a kitchen.
There's a good Italian restaurant on the premises, serving breakfast, lunch and diner.
Apartments of type "A" and "B" have a ocean view terrace.
Prices include water, cooking gas, and electricity.
Daily cleaning service and change of towels.
